Best tool for Facebook fan page

Hi,

I manage a small page, and each day, I post between 12 and 20 pictures with a tag. 1 hour minimum between each picture.

All my picture are in a folder (Mac).
Then I share those posts in a group page.

What would be the best tool to automatize that ?
