Sorry for this question as it seems to be one of those who some have mixed reactions to what is best to use.

VPN-- Reading you cannot use it for ebay and paypal because they eventually will catch it and ban you.
VPS-- Reading if you go with a cheaper one the IP addresses are re used and if you get one from a banned account yours will be banned also.

So what is the best to use?

And what company offers the best service without re using on IP numbers.

    Thank you!

Not sure what you are trying to do. Are you just trying to hide your IP address from them? Why not just use a proxy service?

Your IP will change every time if you use a proxy service.

Ebay and Paypal do not like proxies. They will ban you in a heartbeat. VPN or VPS will give me an IP in towns I am not in. That is the purpose of why I need to know what is best and what providers give the best IPs without constantly giving the repeat IPs to different customers.
I read that some smaller VPS companies re send the IPs therefore putting you at risk if someone has been banned and you use their IP you will possibly get banned also.

I currently am looking for the same thing as you, VPNs don't have a dedicated/static IP from what I know.

Perhaps a VPS should be chosen, contact the VPS company & ask them a few questions to be 100% certain that they won't change the IP address AT ALL.

I need it to change when I want because I operate several ebay accounts and want to run more from multiple locations.

VPNs have shared IPs and usually are heavily abused, not good for pp. VPS with multiple virgin IPs are very expensive, good luck finding one.

This is a joke. VPN's are a terrible idea. A VPS in itself doesn't give you a dedicated IP either. There is a ton of information missing that will get this guy suspended and linked over and over again.

People are using VPN and VPS everyday with eBay and PayPal. It is not either of them do not work. It is simply are they blacklisted
networks or not? VPS is better than VPN because normally VPN are blacklisted commonly.

Not in a single thread about VPS anyone recommending a company/site that offers the best VPS! -.- They simply be like, do not use VPN, but use VPS! and that's it, if we ask them about what VPS they use, there're gone! For hours now, I'm googling & checking between different threads in bhw, never found answers whatsoever.. It pisses me off when people be posting stuff unrelated to the topic. I'm almost done with this! Did you find a good VPS, if so please kindly reply me and let me know where and how to find one.. Thanks in advance, I'm a newbie..

VPNs work very well, try and get a fresh dedicated ip. It will cost more but give you peace of mind and be less stressful. Remember you get what you pay for when it comes to these types of services, so depending on what you are doing it might be worth the investment. A good place to start might be 24vc.com

Agree with tank, I been using 24vc for years now for all my stealth accounts for both amazon & ebay and absolutely love their service! It's definitely a bit more expensive than other services, but worth every penny, and the few times I've needed help, their support team was extremely helpful & fast to assist me

    So much misinformation here unbelievable...
A VPS is a virtual private server running on a dedicated server, most of them (of the VPS) with their own dedicated IP.
Most of the VPNs as well as the Proxies are installed on a VPS, opening a specific port for the specific service on the VPS IP!
You can run multiple IPs on the same server, doesn't matter if it will be used for VPN or Proxies.

So you can also just get a VPS with a clean IP and install your own, private, dedicated, VPN (or proxy) on it. As well as you can get clean, unique, dedicated (whatever you want to call it as long as non-shared) IPs that can be used as VPN or Proxy.
Now in this specific case (ebay, paypal) you dont even need static IPs, as long as your IPs stay in the same subnet or city and provider paypal/ebay won't get suspicious. You can just use cheap dynamic residential IPs/Proxies (there are offers for unlimited residential Proxies for as low as 15-20$ per month or per use for 0,05$ - 0,5$ per each). The only reason why VPNs usually are not installed on residential/dynamic IPs is due to technical limits, also because most of the Proxies are installed automatically (through some software which goes against BHW rules to tell it here).

So the cheapest solution is to use cheap residential/dynamic IPs as Proxies, and just get a new one in the same subnet whenever one dies (doing this through a proxy that lets you always connect to the same IP but uses a different exit IP which it acquires automatically when the used exit IP/lease expires from the same subnet, is very convenient). The more convenient but a bit more expensive way is to use a clean dedicated static IP as a proxy or VPN does not matter, but Proxy will be cheaper and easier to acquire.

The only problem you are all facing is basically that most of those dedicated proxy sellers rent blacklisted IPs and install Proxy-Servers on them, or they just get blacklisted very fast because of how the users use them. Most of the big data centers where you can rent VPS or dedicated servers don't allow proxy servers / VPNs to be installed, and if, then most of them are somewhat already suspicious and/or blacklisted in Paypals/Ebays eyes. Though if you pay more you can get clean IPs, you can even use IPs from the Antarctic or from China or from wherever on a server that is actually in USA or other side of the world. Anyway they do it to save money, but it is not so difficult to get clean, static IPs.

I hope this shed some light on the whole topic.

    Regards

24vc is different because they actually know our needs as ebay stealth users, and one of the owners of 24vc is very active on the aspkin forums and also an account seller there so he knows what he's doing

I remember one of my concerns early on before becoming a customer was if another ebay stealth user gets banned on ebay while using a ip from 24vc would that cause my account to get banned too but nope not the case they quickly cleared that up for me, they have thousands of fresh ips and they get non-sequential ips from different subnets, so if one user gets banned it wouldn't affect anyone else because the ips are not similar / thats really important and makes them different because alot of other vpns issue very similar ips to all their users

been using them for over 2 years with no prob & they been up & running since 2011 with glowing reviews
