    2. bip -Internet Business Promoter (IBP)- not cheep but really amazing tool
3.you have some amazing free ranking tools that will help you - woo rank - great to test sites

if you are going to buy any tool you will need Private proxies + Captcha breaking service as well so it's good to start with manual work it's best after earning move to that and do both ;)

As mentioned by SkyRocketSEO, there's plenty of free SEO tools out there so search and use them wisely and save the $100 for something you'll really need. Maybe use the $100 to purchase some aged PR domains and create a Private Blog Network. Do some searching around the forum, read, learn and implement and with time you'll be amazed at what you can do with just your $100.

There are lots of tools out there - but we don't yet know what you need them for. So it's hard to answer this question.

And good luck building blog networks and "having a set of content writers" on a $100 budget guys - real great answers..

And don't forget if you want to purchase software like GSA SER or Scrapebox you are likely going to want/need extra things (like a server, proxies, captcha breaking solutions)

If you only have $100, I wouldn't spend it on tools, buy 12 domains and build 12 websites, do some free SEO and with some time, your bound to make some money with a CPA offer or just throw some some Adsense on there. Most importantly: stop reading and start doing, you will learn more.

$100 is not a good SEO budget.

I wouldn't touch any of those automated backlink tool with a ten feet pole.

Go on the way of blog network and don't keep it clustered or get more money $100 x 10 to
build a real private network of your own.

I would probably go with scrapebox (obvious first) then a keyword research tool like ultimate niche finder (or one of the many similar alternatives). Scrapebox is the best multi tool and you are only as good as your keywords which is why I recommend keyword research software. Start doing everything by hand until you know what your doing.

Frankly you need more than $100 to really get started so think about making more cash than just spending $100 bucks on some
tools. What will end up happening is you will have a bunch of tools and nothing to use them on. Also, tools are not one time cost
since many of them require captcha solving services attached to them so you need to think about that as well.

Mate Scrapebox hands down. Thats the foundation of any real SEO's toolbox.

Starting with a private network this early is bad advice that will only put you into a position that you could lose all the money invested in a network because you don't know what you are doing.

Plus, it wont be helpful if you dont know how to use the network you create.

I say start with scrapebox mate.

I would find sites with scrapebox then get someone on odesk to write manual relevant comments. You could get a few good PR3+ links for cheap. :)

If you gotta ask, then you're just going to end up wasting that $100.

No "tool" will magically help you. Learn to do your SEO manually, then automate it with a tool once you know how to rank sites.

If you really want to spend that money, buy servers and sites and just build build build.
