Pretty obvious self-advertising here... Why not edit your post to say that the site is James Bond related, no need for including the link.

About your question: For SEO purposes you might want to add keywords into the title but visitors might find it entertaining if there's a famous quote by James Bond or something.

Edit: I thought that you have a blog about James Bond because of the domain name but it seems I was wrong. Anyways, no need for advertising your own site here.

Depends on what movies your going to have, it will be very difficult to rank for 'online movies' so better of starting with something more specific

You're asking for a title.. Do keyword research.

On DP they will gladly answer your every question as they have nothing better to do, but guys here will help you to a normal extent..

Do keyword research. Market Samurai (has a free trial), Google Adwords Keyword Tool, Wordtracker, there's tons of good resources out there. Find something with good monthly traffic to your targeted area (if that's your thing), with a fairly small/beatable about of competition, depending on how much work you wanna put in. Look for a long tail keyword/search phrase. Do google searches and check the amount of pages it finds for those phrases, check to see how many sites are optimizing for those keywords etc. Do a quick search here on BHW or Google and you'll find more detailed guides I'm sure.
