Best Subdomain?

Hi,

I wanted to know, if someone could recommend the best FREE subdomain hosting site that ranks ok in google?

Example .blogspot.com ranks quite good, comparing to co.cc. I found that 000webhost domains ranks better than .freehostia.com domains as well.

Wondering what is better .info domain or some subdomain like .comaz.com?

I just make site per day for my niche, boost it up in google and forget about it, so I am not interested in buying 8$ com domains.

If you are creating a farm of sites, subdomains are good for giving you a unique ip address per site so you avoid a possible penalty/deindexing for sharing the same host address in your network. If you stick to blogspot big G doesn't seem as concerned.
