Best Strategy to Convert Facebook Friend to Youtube Subscribers.

I have 15000 friends on three good and old facebook profiles of mine, also have some followers there. also have two pages of some k followers.

Now I want those FB people on my Youtube channel. Please suggest a good strategy or guide on how do I start, So that I can convert all of them as my youtube channel subscribers.
I am trying sharing videos on the wall, and asking to subscribe through messages but not too much efficient.

Maybe make some cheap $25/50 amazon voucher giveaway to incentivy those who see the posting. Subscription = chance.

I tried making a Facebook page. But the engagement is too low. didn't try group. I will give it a try.

In Facebook, rather for the Page the groups will have better engagement i think.
One of my FB group has 8000+ members which started 5 years ago but the Page is still struggling gain 6000 followers.
