    I use Internet.bs

Someone on this board pointed it out to me... it's cheap ($7/yr) and you get free private whois. I have 5 domains hosted; DNS changes are quick too.

Its not true dude. I use GoDaddy only with Paypal with no CC verified with it.

The CC thingy arises only when Godaddy offers selling .coms at $1.99 or so.At that time Paypal wont help.

Avoid 1and1 like the plague - it is too hard to transfer names out.

I buy at Moniker and enom. Both are good for volume purchasers. However, service at Moniker has fallen off a cliff - I'm not sure I'd recommend them.

I have no idea about non-verified paypal accounts.

If you are looking for throwaway domains, go use .co.cc (they are free).

namecheap is my new favorite, don't know about cc verification. (search for namecheap monthly coupon if you go that route)
