It's simply a PHP bot that I wrote myself in Pure PHP using cURL (due to its built-in support for CONNECT, HTTP and SOCKS with only 1 extra line of code ).

My current stats are 103 Elite proxies out of 352 working ones. Note that by "Elite", I mean their headers do not reveal the forwarding IP address, not they can never be detected (there may be other ways, but at least your source IP isn't sent).

$2/mo each. I have 25 and haven't had any issues with them. Several C blocks mixed in, usually very fast (which I love) and no problems with group blocks so far.

I don't beat the hell out of them though, so if you're planning on really pounding them, you might want a test run or talk to him to see how they react.
