I have read your post a long time ago. I made an attempt at that time. Maybe I didn’t understand the meaning of the post well. The results of the test at that time were not well retained.
I agree with this method, but the cost is much higher than 4000 hours of service.
1000 RAV views = about 3 USD = 4700 minutes.
It means that 51x3, 150 USD is required. The cost is not low.
If 1000 RAV views can have higher retention, then this method will be great

I now an smm panel which still delivers Watchtime for 7$ per 1k Hours. So they are still Panels out there which can sell Watchtime. I would recommend to wait a bit until the big resellers activate thier services again.

Many panels still sell this service, but:
1: Most services are overloaded and start up slowly
2: Increased time, drop time, increased time again, dropped again. . .

yes, that is not cheap but any watch time you get with that type of traffic will stay forever on the video/channel (not only for 7-30 days)
anyway i think that the content is very important, for example if you find long ass video with some surveillance footage for example, that shows some funny/interesting stuff
it can work as a silent video (if there is no sound the retention will be higher as the sound triggers user to close the playing window...)
also you can use teasers like - "Wait to see what happens next..." or "watch till the end and look closely what happens when..."

Idn that is the reason why i asked. However my Current Order (1k Hours) has received nothing since 5 days. However it is a Livestreamed Vid so idn if that works

I understand that your service is good, but the cheapest channel on the market now only costs $140, so the price is still high.
If I want to make my own for sale, there will be no profit margins. . .

i really don't try to sell you anything, just to explain what other do when they don't have the automation service for 4000 watch time hours, i'm sure some providers will manage to fix their service
and you will be able to use it again with cheap cost , but just note that you need to ask for guarantee (more than 30 days) as youtube lately delete the watch time even after 30 days on those services...

another idea for content that can be live streamed and get long views are copyright free (CC) films (old films) also classical music (CC), but make sure those are creative commons
just imagine a rare old video (black and white) on your channel that is 2 hours long, you will only need 2000 viewers to complete that task...
