I don't do e-whoring, but I use stock photos from sxc.hu for about/bio pages on my automated niche blogs when I want to put a face on the blog, to make it look like a real person wrote the posts instead of looking like autoposted spun PLR content or rss feeds.
Check other free stock photo sites too, they're more likely to have more amateur girl-next-door type photos than a more professional site like istockphoto or gettyimages.
One of the problems with using pics from a social networking site, is you might not be the only one using those pictures. A few years ago while seeing what other marketers were doing with e-whoring, I encountered 2 different "girls" online, using the exact same pictures.... one claiming to be in north america, the other claimed to be in england... needless to say, I realized the potential dangers in grabbing pics from popular social networking sites, and now only use restriction free stock photos.

There's a thread in the e-whoring section by a member called FreeTheTV called "E-whoring Photo Resources (Goldmine)". It's got a few dozen sites for you to choose from.
