Best settings for Follow Liker?

I just got Follow Liker as I want to get back into the Instagram game. I was using bots all the way until I stopped about 2 years ago on 11k. I'm back down to 5k now, and want to maximise followers with the least amount of risk of getting banned. What settings should I use for liking and commenting? (Currently liking is all I do, but commenting may be something I start doing.) I'm currently using their default settings.
