I heard there are providers who can set up off-shore corporations for you with minimal hassle. A Hong Kong Corp would be really fricking useful for me, and I'm guessing anyone that's getting payments online ( they don't tax you for any payments not received in Hong Kong, if I read correctly). Has anyone done this before?
We did an llc in Singapore ... You need a secretary and a director...you can pay a company to serve in this capacity...talking a couple thousand to set up, then about 500 a year to keep going
I've heard good things about creating a LLC in Singapore. Why don't you fly done there and do it yourself instead of paying someone thousands to do it and paying a yearly fee. You'll spend the same amount except you get to visit a new country.
