I own an audio production studio in Romania, Europe and the website is on first position on Google on the romanian keywords such as the equivalents of "composition, recording, mixing, mastering, etc." for about 8 years on now and it brought me some great projects. For about half an year I started collaborating with international artists on audio production and the projects are getting more and more interesting and I'd like to further develop such opportunities by working on higher ranking the website on english keywords, too.
My question is: what would be the best tools that I could use as a beginner for:
    A) Increase my website position on Google on english keywords (music production, mixing, mastering, instrumentals, beats, etc.)
    B) Promoting the music that will result from such collaborations.

I would like to know what would your recommendations would be in this regard and also if it would be a good idea to make an entirely new website on .com instead of working of my already established .ro domain (I wonder if using such tools as a beginner could lead to some bad experiences and get the already high ranked website being penalised by Google or if it would worth taking risks on messing things up and further work on english keywords/articles but keeping the same .ro domain since it is already seen as being in a good state by Google?
At this point, I don't know what tools would be appropriate for me (I started reading on the forum daily but I still feel confused). Do you think GSA SER and Captcha Breaker would be good for the start, so that I could build backlinks on music related websites, also maybe get an article spinner/creator (what do you suggest for music related articles) or there would be much better workarounds?
Also, what do you think: should I use GSA Email Spider along with GSA Email Verifier for scraping artists emails? I was also thinking of Linkedin Marketer Pro for scraping emails there, too.
My budget would be somewhere around 500-1000 $ for the start.
Thanks in advance for all of your feedback!

Go with a new .com domain
Basically all tools are considered blackhat by google. so why risk your main business

You definitely shouldn't be doing this on your .ro domain as a rookie. ESPECIALLY not blasting it with GSA SER or whatnot.

SEO (especially when you're using software) is a tricky business and you can screw up your legitimate website without even realizing it.

First you need to abuse the search button on BHW and start reading. Then after you think you have a solid grasp on the whole concept, you can move on.

Of the top of my head, here's what I'd do:
    1. Get a .com site which serves as your "Look at my work & hire me if you like" english based site.
    2. Start building web 2.0 parasite sites (read a bit about these) which promote your work (Short article + youtube videos / embedded soundcloud tracks or whatever) and link back to your .com site
    3. Get GSA SER and figure out what you need to make it work effectively (which is a topic for itself, again, abuse the search button)
    4. Start experimenting with different keywords and different ways of ranking those web 2.0 parasites for all those keywords.

Thanks, I'll start digging on that. A dumb question: In the terms of both speed and security (I don't want to affect my already existing site anyhow), for the new .com and 2.0 parasites, should I use my already existing hosting based in Romania (on which is already hosted my actual .ro website) or should I get a separate hosting from Hostgator or smth?

Well you don't need any hosting for web 2.0 but you should get separate hosting for the .com to be on the safe side. Just get cheap shared hosting somewhere (tho I definitely wouldn't recommend Hostgator, try something like Hostwinds instead)

Use social media sites and music sharing sites like soundcloud and mixcloud for promotion. Boost your FB page followers by paid advertisement, this should get you good online exposure.
