I'm using Traffic Travis pro but there are a lot of things I don't like about it. For example, you can't update a ranking for a keyword individually.

Are there better ones out there?

Also, which one is best to do client reports on rankings/keywords?

i am also interested in this answer TT4 is crap and showing me false rankings tried SEscout but its web based so any option?

Have you tried SEOmoz? They have a huge range of tools available and they're all very useful. They offer a month free too so you can test it out, so it's worth a go at the very least!
