There really aren't any services dedicated to Local SEO here on BHW. I mean, you can piece meal it, but it won't be anything you want to push towards your brand. Especially Dentist and Lawyers

1) Focus on organic seo and mix in local/organic keywords i.e. plumbers and plumber dallas
2) build up some citations (minimum of 60)
3) make sure your page is optimized for local seo. Use microformat and make sure NAP is on the page along with other stuff, you can google it.
4) get reviews from clients on there.

I would do those 4 things (not in that particular order) and you're sitting pretty.

I highly suggest ignoring anyone that tells you to use PBN for your Business. I completely understand using PBN if you can recreate the site but if it's a Business that goes off reputation and such then you cannot just easily change your domain and such.

combinations of PBN links + web 2.0's with unique content + some rep management links + citations + mix of social signals + directories (not the free one's)
