Hey guys I am looking for some SEO gigs (services) from the BLACKHAT WORLD marketplace or elsewhere that would be safe and effective to use on a new site?

What do you usually start with and what has been beneficial to you?

There are no gigs on BHW, and if you are thinking of Fiverr SEO then you better forget it.

Agreed ^ Fiverr will hurt your website in the future, DO NOT order SEO gigs from fiverr. If you are looking to benefit your website in the long wrong checkout the market for some good SEO packages

By "gigs" I just meant services in general from blackhat world marketplace or other sources (excluding fiverr), fuck fiverr SEO I would never use it.

Agree with BTB. That's the service I use for almost all my new sites mixed in with some PR releases for diversity. :)

Thanks for the suggestions guys please keep them coming! I have a decent budget and want to load up on gigs. All I ask is to please not plug your own service unless its 100 percent safe for new sites and it has reviews backing that fact up.

Start off with web2.0 properties and look for services that offer manual/semi-automated submissions.

No seo gig is safe, regardless of what most of these sellers are telling you. What I have learned over the years is that it is all up to you to test and see what works as well as do a risk analysis of everything.

The safest way is to do everything yourself and to be able to control all your Web properties. And even that isn't guaranteed to keep you in the clear.
