I got a lot of things from here free and lucky to be here as well.
Could you please suggest few more blackhat [preferably underground] forums, paid or free, where latest, effective and valuable SEO discussions are made?
For sure, the best and maiden methods/techniques are not shared in public forums.
Money doesn't matter, quality matters.

Nope, there's not really a need to discuss other black hat forums on here.

If you want to find others, use a search engine.
