Best Sellingmethod I ever found

Okay guys,

I need product names!

I am able to sell via online form and need products to sell.

My pitch:

Send them a letter
Bring them to a webpage
They fill out the form
Contracted!


But what is the best product to get them opening the website and filling the form?

I thought of directories like:

Dear Sir or Madam,

an internal research showed that there is a problem with your business details at our company. Please visit http://www.mylink.com/theirbusinessname to find more informations.


On that webpage I show them a half-filled form with their informations and ask them to finish the form. They type in the missing informations and submit the form. The contract is done!


What do you think? Are there any better products?

Well it needs some work for sure but at first glance you would've lost me right at the opening with: Dear Sir or Madam,

This shows the absolute opposite of personal touch as you don't even know their gender. If you don't have any tool/script to check gender then go with a unisex term.

Yeah I know I have to write like we are in a business relation alteady. The sir/ma'am stuff was just for the forum to write a more common thing.

I guess I don't understand what advice you're looking for then. I thought you were asking for tips on your mailing and that was the mailing you're using? If you could be more clear I will help if I can
