Why would we do that?....
Landing page conversions are totally fucked. There is almost no science to it and you need to experiment for yourself.
Themeforest has a shit load of landing pages, some of them come packaged with 10+ pages in 1. Buy some of these.
Build them all up with your offer and send them all some traffic, monitor how they perform and get rid of those that are not doing as well as you hoped.
With the ones remaining you might want to tweak them a bit to further optimise their conversion rates, add crazyegg and see where users are scrolling to, what they are clicking, where they are hovering... it's all super information.
As a general rule of thumb to start with don't go out the gate with a site full of colour and bullshit. You will have a better time with a fairly neutral colour scheme, you should be able to tell what the product does without having to read any words and the buy now/sign up button (call to action) should be very very obvious to see. Your call to action should be the only strong colour on there.
