best quick hit seo strategy

i am going to put up a site that i need to rank as high as possible and as fast as possible but i only need it to stay up for a couple of days, after that if it gets sandboxed i dont really care

the keywords will be semi-low competition

i am going to use WP
so i will install all in 1 seo, fuzzy seo, google site map, maxblogpress ping, onlywire poster, super cache

after than i thinking to do this :
then use rss submit

between those 3 things i think i can get indexed pretty quickly

after that i plan to use SENuke on it, create 2.0 properties, and submit rss and ping

after that, im not sure
there seem to be so many options available
i was thinking about that backlink generator tool that is on here
or i guess i could just comment blogs for a few hours
not sure, thats why im asking for help

what about prstorm?

i dont have access to xrumer so that is not really an option for me


i wont know what the keywords are specifically until right before i start so i dont know exactly what the competition is

since im only in it for the short run, what do you guys suggest
i can go overboard as long as i can stay ranked for a few days
