Best Private Automated Proxy Site?

I'm currently using cloakfish but I want something faster as the pages can take forever to load, and having private proxies would be ideal. Also, being able to select the location your IP is from is key. What is the best place to buy this? (I'd prefer something automated like cloakfish as cloakfish is nice and easy to use)
And please don't say 5socks.net cause trying to give them money is like a 10 step process.

Hey nam6641, if you still have an active cloakfish account and a 15+ license maybe try use the autorotation feature before you give up.
You might need a good computer (good cpu and some free ram), if you have that it should give you nice performance. That's at least my experience.
On slow computers I had the experience that auto-rotation does not have enough "room" to work proper, but if you have a somewhat decent PC then just start it, wait until you have at least 5 green lights and start working.
