Yes, in market place there are many service providers who are providing high quality PR distribution at lower cost...

they are wide ranging in cost -- not as effective as it used to be - but I still advise all businesses to release PR from time to time for important things.
I also found when I used them I made affiliate sales from my Sites - so I tend to do it for new Sites to just give them a Start.

I have used PrWeb Before Premium Package.. Its good one to use.. I recommend PrWeb..
If cost isn't an issue, then PR Web is my recommendation.
I regularly get legitimate leads for clients using this. Their customer service is really awesome, too, and depending on if you buy a package instead of just purchasing ala carte, they also have some nice extra features to try to help with distribution.
