    Home Page:
i create a new site, fanpage, yt channel, g+ for a local business in atlanta. i notice that in G webmaster, i target USA and i cannot choose multiple countries.

what's the easiest way to add a location, say in shanghai china?
do i have to create a separate site, a new fanpage, new g+ page? it seems adding a translator to my wordpress wont make things easy.

also how do i let people in the US, but outside atlanta, see me? i noticed that every time i google my search term, it automatically shows local listings.

    subdomain ?

you can add subdomain in wp multisite and register subdomain as a new website on gwt.(I added subdomains several years back, don't know if this still works). Let me know too.

if its too cumbersome start a new website (domain) for each language.

You can't choose multiple countries in GWT. You see local listings whenever you search for your keyword because you are searching in the US. Try searching from another location.

As divok suggested, subdomains are the solution. If you don't want to use subdomains, you have no other option but to register new domains for each location.
