I’m looking for ppi networks that are not incentive lockers. I’m looking for a network that focuses on non incentive pay per installs where you can promote one specific app and has many different apps to choose from. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I am with OGAds but you can only promote apps in their lockers. I’m looking for a network where you can promote apps without using an incentive locker
