Dude, you're on the internet, it's an infinite realm of information. Why ask someone on a forum how to apply?? wtf! goto google, and type in "yahoo pcc" and the first result is: Advertising Your Business with Yahoo! Search Marketing and in the URL you can see it is called overture.
