Best platforms for Crypto day-trading in Europe?

+1 for Binance. Plenty of options to play with - futures options to up the risk and reward, staking options and almost all the popular shitcoins are available if you're into those.

I used to trade but got smashed in the last month of downturn. Getting in to Yield farming now. Some pretty solid opportunities out there, if you can avoid the zombie hoarde of shills. I like Adamant and Apeswap. The Polygon chain seems to be next gold rush.

Like the others, I will recommend Binance, but for the sole reason that it has the lowest fees, which, if you are an active trader should be one of your main criteria.
Also, if you do not care about holding real crypto and you simply want to trade the price, maybe some forex brokers can offer a lower spread and even leverage.
