Just go with flippa, I have sold multiple sites on there and its worked out fine, I use escrow and do my due diligence and its a piece of cake!

Regardless of what people say about Flippa, the fact that it is the _only_ marketplace that has a sufficient inventory for buyers and a large buyer base for sellers remains. At mid- to high-end (~$25k+) you can also look into brokers, or if you're only after a deal or two then you can try and get deals done directly without the use of a middle-man but as far as marketplaces go Flippa is still the only decent one out there.
