So in my last venture i was dropshipping gallium from fiverr.com on ebay.

Google it if your not too sure about it.

I bought 1 gram off fiverr for $8 including postage/packaging. I could sell it on ebay for double this.

Basically, it was selling really well on eBay and thought i would save lots of money if i just bought lots of it and just post it myself.

I ordered 30 grams of gallium off the fiverr guy, also packaging items.

They all arrived fine and i listed them on eBay.

The next morning i revceived an email from ebay saying that gallium was a harmful/ hazordourous substance and is forbidden ebay.

So now, i have 30 grams of gallium and lost quite a bit of money.

Just wondering if anyone knows where i could sell this gallium.

I bet you are stuck with it, but I would do this that I found on wikipedia:

""In a classic prank by scientists, who fashion gallium spoons and serve tea to unsuspecting guests. The spoons melt in the hot tea."

Unfortunately for you, the going rate for gallium is 1 - 1.20 USD a gram after shipping. And that's from reputable suppliers.

Try to sell it locally, see who's interested. Or look up related forums.

Contact eBay as Gallium is not toxic. Ask that permission be made.

You won't sell too many with 0 feedback.

Better using a different website IMO.

I know a friend who teaches science at a local school. I could ask him for advice.

I may try using gumtree. I have tried ioffer.com, and craigslist. Still no sales and still 30 grams of useless metal sitting in my room.

    :)

hahah what a mess ive got myself into, but HEY! its experience, so its priceless

You still haven't got rid of it? Try classifieds sites.
