Hire someone on freelance sites. Check their previous works and ratings before choosing anyone. otherwise, they may waste your time and money.

Most of the themes from theme's sites are already ripped by some one else, if you want an original one I would recommend you to use elance.com to hire some one.
Make sure you check the hired person feedback as well as their portfolio prior to hiring, if none were good in your first job post, cancel it and make a new one in hope to gather who didnt show up for the first one.
Make sure to state everything you need on your design to the minimun details so they do not skip a thing, good communication is a must for things to go well using freelancing websites.
