    Hi all,

I'm an experienced IM'er and am looking to buy a website in the $50,000 to $200,000 price range. I regularly monitor the high-end section of Flippa and have also signed up with a number of brokers. However, quality listings are few and far between.

Are there any particular places that you guys find quality sites generating significant monthly profit?

The last true quality site I saw on Flippa that met my requirements was Sortfolio but I was late off the mark.

Which broker lists are you on? There are a lot of bad brokers out there, but there are definitely a few who have decent listings on a regular basis. You have a decent budget so should be enough to interest some of the bigger brokers.

Hey meathead1234, I signed up with Flipping Enterprises, WeSellYourSite and one other that was recommended but can't recall at the moment.

    Is there anyone you'd recommend?

I'd also recommend QuietLightBrokerage, WebsiteProperties and TrustedSiteSeller. I know the owners of each and they are all stand up guys with solid experience. There are a bunch of others out there, but make sure you do your due diligence if working with someone not on the above list - there are a lot of crooks out there.

I recommend these sellers from Flippa: seoflipper.com, banquettableguy, concarnie, Flipping Enterprises, DomainMagnate and aspidov. You can also try Latonas.com, they offer some high quality sites. And do not forget to look at the web EmpireFlippers.

    Some good suggestions above.

The only brokerage from the ones listed above that I would be very careful dealing with is Latona's - whilst as a due diligence consultant I can't pick sides, I can speak from my experience that their quality criteria for the sites that they choose to list seems to be much lower than that of many other brokers.

With that said, you need to be careful with any broker and never expect a broker to do DD for you as they're simply not paid to do that (remember, brokers work for sellers, not for buyers).

Thanks bryanon, your comments have been taken on board. I may also take up your service when I find what looks like a suitable purchase.
