If you are in the UK then you can get a free .co.uk, .org.uk or .me.uk from OVH ovh.co.uk if you're not in the UK then try GoDaddy but look around for some discount codes if you can :)

I always use godaddy or moniker, very easy to use, and easy to push domains.

I'm using GoDaddy for global TLDs and OVH for European domains. Never had a problem with any of those two.

I'm using Name.com services. They offer also free private whois if you are interested :) But the domains are not the cheapest ones :S

Yahoo is good but expensive and Netfirms is pretty decent.

You should choose domain.info, very cheap price, dns to host is faster

Yahoo is good when they have their special $2 offers, I found with them that if you cancel your domain and reactivate it right away, you pay $2 again for another year, so you could easily rack up 5 years for $10 :)

And I'd say namecheap, just get the coupon to get it $0.81 cheaper, great if you need private whois for free.

I use Namecheap for alll my domains. They are very reliable from my experience and very good user interface. They also offer $0.88 coupon every month but for new registration only. Just type "namecheap coupon" at google. So final reg price is only $8.81.
