I would suggest popads.net all the others are bad.
You might aslo want to check out popcash

I literally tried every single pop network, propellerads is the worst, so i suggest you stay with popads, they pay via btc too

Popads is the best bet if you wish to get paid in payoneer.

My experience with Popads has been great once you go with them you will not need to go anywhere else. Hope this helps.

I've explored more networks during the years and at different moments in time, I had different results - can't say about a network that it's the 'best' or the 'worst' - each one has it's advantages and disadvantages
As for crypto payments, I used popads for btc and popcash for eth and btc (they have more options, but you need to contact the support team).

A lot of people say adsterra and hilltop does well for publishers... propeller is advertiser friendly because they have the strongest anti bot protection so publishers without great quality traffic won’t ever do well with them

My country allows for quick BTC withdrawals via bank accounts, and I love this

Depends what kind of ads they offer in moment and what kind of traffic you have, propeller are good for tier1 traffic. Before you start with any ad network first you need to negotiate with them, but this will only possible if you have big traffic.
