What are some of the best off shore banks to use for people in the US? Something that would allow online banking as well as free setup and not require me to visit that bank.

Lol something such as setting up a bank account would require you to either call in person or go there and sign up. Such a thing would also require some sort of identification

Any bank account requires identification. Take it from someone who has experienced this unless you have a registered agent who you trust.

There's lot of banks in Mauritius that don't need you to visit them. I think it's easier to go through an agent and let them open an account for you.

Doesn't Payoneer offer pretty cheap bank accounts in Belize? You should check it out.

Otherwise use an off shore agent, which can get you a bank account and LLC for sub-$500 sums.
