    best movie ever? you need to watch more movies i think.

    the books are way better then the movies...
    and my personal opinion is that tom hanks was a poor choice for the main character, he looked flat in the da vinci code.

    I think that they are right about Star Trek. It's the "Star Trek for Everyone", not just Trekies. Looks great.

    Angels and Demons, I dunno...seen the previews, but maybe I don't appreciate it because I didn't see the first one?

    As to best Movie of the summer, I'm voting for Transformers 2.

    But this summer is full of great movies (which is good because the last two years seemed weak)

    * GI Joe
    * Terminator Salvation
    * Xmen Origins

    I'm sure there are a few I didn't list.

    Blah.......

    The three best movies ever are:

    Almost Famous (directors cut)
    36th Chamber of Shaolin (Shaolin Master Killer)
    Pooh and Tigger's Big Adventure.:D

    The best movie is 40 Year old Virgin.

    As for new movies coming out, Star Trek sounds like it should be good. I don't know about Angles & Demons. Never saw the DaVinci Code...and I have it on DVD.

    Oh I agree. I'm not one of those who watches the movie without reading the book first. I have read all four Dan Brown novels, and am waiting patiently for the Solomon Key to come out, as I grew up in the DC area and can relate quite well. Angels and Demons, in my opinion and the opinions of most who have read it that I have talked to about it, is ten times better than the Da Vinci Code.

    I do think that this will be one of the best movies ever in my opinion. But I also agree that Tom Hanks was a horrible choice to play Langdon. In a strange sort of way, I think that the only actor who can fully embody the role is Jared Leto.
