Hi,

We have an opportunity to provide online lead generation for job applications for a local care firm, they run 30+ franchises around the UK. Essentially, we need to drive job applicants that are 18+, drive, and are local to the area. We have experience in Facebook Ads and Google Adwords to which we drive traffic to high converting landing pages- but can anybody assist with ideas on how we can generate additional applications through other revenue streams?

We have until Monday to accept or reject the contract. We can take it on a trial basis and I'm confident we can deliver decent success but I am sure there are more methods to utilize which we have not yet thought of ourselves.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

never reject any contract as long as you have some experience in that field. dont wait to be perfect because you can never be perfect in anything. you always get better. I dont have any experience in that field but I can advice you to take the job and learn, modify and improve while at it. that works best and it has worked a thousand times for me. all the best

Are you not planning to use paid job boards like monster and career builder? You can post on indeed and Craigslist for free. Also if you use LinkedIn the right way you can generated candidate leads for free.

My partner works in that sector, from what I gather there are so many companies out there with hundreds of members of staff on zero hour contracts. Yet only 500-1000 hours worth of work a week each.

Lets face it, I wouldn't go near anyone offering me a 1 hour shift at 7 am, occasionally. Everything I've heard about that sector makes next to no sense with the way they recruit.

Lots of job fairs, asking existing members of staff to share the recruitment page, most of the time is just a form with address and email address. Which then an application pack is sent out.
