Wanted to know what methods or software I could use that would spider a site that is 1000's of pages and slightly rewrite the articles on each page enough for google to consider it unique content. I know there are windows based rewriters that do this but can it be down in php on a massive scale ?

If I were to give a suggestion I would say content boss. I use them on the regular and I love it.
