Let's say I've taken the time to make 50 pages of unique content on a certain niche and I didn't have any websites built yet. Each page of my 50 pages could easily by tweaked for different long tail keywords in my niche.

I have my "meat" ready, now I want to know what's the best way to carve it up. Here's what I've come up with, which way would be put to best use?

1. I make one WP website on a domain name with my keyword. I start posting my content, one page at a time for the next 50 days. (I make categories for alternative keywords and I make it a point to have each post highlight a long tail keyword.)

2. I make the same website as above, but I divert 10-25 articles out to article directories, Squidoo lenses or hub pages with links back to my site. I then make daily posts for 25-35 days at my domain site.

3. I taylor each of my 50 pages for a particular keyword in my niche, I create 50 websites on free hosting sites each under a long tail keyword. I post 1 article per site and link like crazy between all 50 sites.

4. I do the same as above, but I buy one central domain with my keyword in it, I post 1 article on there, then link my 49 other free hosted sites back to my central site.

Could anyone run down the pros and cons of each method? If everything sucks above, then what is the best way to utilize my 50 pages of unique content?

Oh yea...I'm trying to monetize this with adsense on everything. And I've got related affiliate products on there too.

Best way is to go for say 10 keywords. Have 10 pages going for that exact keyword then each have 4 pages which just link to each keyword page with the keyword you are targetting.

So,

keyword1page - link from(link text = keyword1) - page 1
keyword1page - link from(link text = keyword1) - page 2
keyword1page - link from(link text = keyword1) - page 3
keyword1page - link from(link text = keyword1) - page 4
keyword2page - link from(link text = keyword2) - page 5
etc...

Then just do link building to all your pages then the main keyword pages get 4 high quality links from your own site and google will rank them well.

When you say 10 pages, do you mean 10 pages on ONE website that are internally linked, or 10 websites with 5 pages each that are linked together?

I thought it was more important to get external links to your content.

go with the above reply that would do your need and also try make the 50 articles another set of unique content by using some article spinner or any such thing n then sell them off in AC..

What exactly is your website about? I really need to know how narrow or broad your niche is to give advice.

Hi I am about to have the same problem. My content is about real estate investments and lifestyle in a certain area.

Just started over, so I am a bloody newby. What is an AC? ("then sell them off in AC..")

I dunno...let's say it's a pretty broad niche. I could easily come up with 49 topics or keyword variations. If you need something, how about the proverbial keyword "dog training".

I don't actually HAVE 50 pages ready to go, this is all hypothetical for learning purposes. Now, I can certainly come up with topics where I know plenty that I COULD bang out 50 webpages of good content.

Who are you subscribing to? Can't be me...I don't have any answers yet, only questions.

Im subscribing because I have the same question as you and I want to see what others recommend.

I also though your ideas where pretty good...so I just decided to subscribe.

Geez, maybe I hit upon a deep, dark secret around here and no one dares to tell. I still have no idea what shm03 was saying. I ask him what he meant with his reply, then Daffy says "go with the above reply". *shrug*

Here is what I would do. Create allot of blogs with your keywords especially Squidoo and Blogger and Hubpages. You can always build on these. Find your keywords and write articles on the keywords especially the long tailed keywords. Deep link your blogs to these pages. You can drive massive traffic this way to your website. You can add content to the blogs on a daily basis and use RSS feeds and Ping them. This is in my opinion is the best way to make a long term income and to promote your website.

where would you put the articles? Would they be separate from the blogs? Submit them to an article submission site?

Basically what I am talking about is having lots of subpages in your site only link to your keyword pages, all other links on your pages should be no-folllow, this means that google knows which pages in your site are important and it will transfer any good links that the sub pages get.

Imagine this, google finds a subpage which has 10 backlinks, it spiders the page and finds one link on it for one of your keywords. Google then would rank it highly for that keyword because it has a link from a high quality relevant page on your site, if you had 5 of those backlinks it gives that page alot more power.

Hopefully I explained it well enough for you there...

As for link building it shouldn't be too difficult to rewrite/have about 10 new articles in this format {sentence 1⎟sentence 2}. Then use sites like jetsubmitter on your main keyword pages, then use social networks for your subpages, simply because that is easy link building. Then just try and put up some blog comments around the web on your subpages. Thats pretty much a basic outline...
