Best Mass Gmail Account Creating Software

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best tool/software is to create multiple gmail accounts?

It does not matter about price it can be expensive or cheap, all I need are some info on what some of you reccommend.

I see people can create thousands a day and would like to know what they use to do it, not a team of people though, just software/tools.
