Alright so I started building a site last month and now its time to flip the site. The site is based within the iPod / iPhone niche and so far has 60+ unique visitors a day plus about 50 organic visitors a month from Google. So far the site has been making $.38-1.50 a day along with a 3 people who sold me their iPod Touch for between $40-60 which I sold each for upwards of $90-100 on eBay so I would say net profit for the site comes out to $110 a month give or take a little bit.

Now I was wondering what is the best market to list my site on... I am thinking about Flippa but someone may take my niche after I have seen posts on here about finding niches on Flippa and I am not sure people on DP would be interested in such a site. Let me know your opinions.

It's not worth much right now, so I'd recommend holding onto it for at least 3 months if you want to extract some value from the sale.

Its not worth anything when it makes around $110 a month? lol

Not really, no. The amount of time you would have spent buying the items and then selling them on Ebay would make your hourly return quite low.

Plus, the site is only one month old so it hasn't proven itself at all.

Interesting topic. Can't wait to see what your site is capable of down the road.

You can try at SEDO if you do not want to sell it at Flippa.
But the monthly revenue is too less to get any potential buyers.

It would be better to hold on to the site and turn it into a better revenue stream. After you're making like 1k a month then it might be a better time to sell.

Right now you might make $100 if you sell it. And that's just because someone may take a gamble and buy it.

After you can show a consistent revenue stream, or even a higher revenue stream month to month, then you should sell.
