    Hi there :D:D

What do you guys think are the best forums/online communities to sell your services in ?

I'm aware of the WF and here in BHW, I also know DP but it's is full of cheap people.

I'm selling a high end video creation service where the average project is around $400, where do you guys think is the best place to sell my services or advertise my services ? a place where internet marketers or small businesses interested in IM hang out ?

    Few ideas:

    - find blogs that your typical prospect is interested in, and see if you can barter your service for advertising space
    - ^ same for mailing lists
    - where are you located? Any local companies you could help with your service?
    - could you tap into your existing social/business network for more work and/or referrals?
    - produce some informational videos that are relevant to your service and that would be of value to your target prospect, show them how your service would boost their business, then spread the videos over YT-like sites.

You're right but a lot of people do not see LinkedIN the way they should. LinkedIN is probably the best place to get connected with people interested in your services and with people who are doing the same thing as you.

People per Hour is similar to Freelancer but much, much better quality where projects actually cost real money.

hey guys thanks a lot for the suggestions

I actually do have a premium account in linkedin, but I didn't try reaching out to relevant blogs about potential guest posts, so I'll look into that.

I also tried fb ads which worked very well for a while but stopped after the cpc became ridiculously high ($1.5-6/click)

I'm trying adwords content network, the cpc is very reasonable but I'm having a hard time finding good websites to advertise on.

I'd really appreciate any other suggestions,

    Thanks a lot guys ;)
