Have you tried out Yoast’s and Moz’s suggestions? They don’t include videos, but they have good examples and explanations.

Does nobody remember at the beginning of the year when Chase was going around saying that you don't need links to rank? And then posted clearly photoshopped pics as "proof"? Then turned around and said "Lol, j/k guys, you totally do need links".

I have been watching a lot of Chase lately cause i m learning as much as possible about on-page optimization and local seo. I agree to some extent Chase do look a lot at those other"gurus" out there but it´s not even close compared to Ruan and the other who are always trying to upsell you some $1k+ course or something.

I must say I´ve watched most of Chase´s on-page audit videos. Those that are 1+ hour long and i just love it. I couldn´t find anything similar on youtube. If you have a better choice to learn on-page/technical SEO audit other than Chase, please let me know.

I am not affiliated with him nor i am part of his SEO certification program. I just feel that putting him together with a guy like Ruan it´s a bit unfair.

Honestly local seo has the most basic principles of all focussed at 1 thing: being relevant of local biz

Local seo is all about reviews, local website, and few backlinks from local websites..! Good on page seo sometimes enough to rank you on page on..! Get some reviews and you are good to go. I am talking about medium low competition..!

Try searching on BHW and you will get all the information you want. I have never followed any guide outside BHW for my IM knowledge and it never failed me. For starters, you can read this-

David (mod) has written an excellent guide for local seo, you’ll should see it I have found it very helpful

I was a huge fan of his and watched most of his "over the shoulder" videos about how to conduct technical audits. Personally, I learned a lot from those videos.
