What is it? I need to invest in one. Any advice for a noob?

Im reading some reviews of Wordtracker, is this the big one? I get that impression

Word tracker is great but you have to pay it monthly. Market Samurai is great. PM me if you need one. regards

If you have the money to invest, Market Samurai is pretty good. Wordtracker is good as well.

But you must remember that keyword research tools are just that - tools. They are a just a tool to help you with keyword research.

I personally have not used any paid keyword research tools in a long time. Everything I use is either from Google or is online(SpyFu, Keyword Spy, etc)

Honestly, I have had much better success with using Google than I have had with any previous keyword tool.

thanks guys. I have been using google and free stuff, but I wanted to give the tool a go and see if I am missing anything. Just taking it to the next level really.

In my experience, Google is a lot more accurate than the tools out there right now.

The only one that I have found to be close is Market Samurai.

Did you know that Wordtracker only holds 0.6% of all search data - as scraped by dogpile and metacrawler.

You think that WT has good data?

best,

Rudy

I would suggest Micro Niche Finder-- I have both Market Samurai and MNF, and I like MNF the best.

I just bought Micro Niche Finder last week and it rocks. It just saves so much time that it is well worth the cash.

How about KeywordCountry? Not much has been review but it appears good

As for google Adwords tool though I like it (since it's free....so a plus point for an IM noob) BUT how relevant / useful it is to publisher? Maybe the more accurate question is "are u an advertiser OR publisher, and, if u r either, which tools works best for u? " instead of lumping which is the best KW tool....

Just my 2 cents frm a noob.

Use google, or wordtrackers free tool, also Market Samurai good for the money given the extra features

Micro Niche Finder is godly, and Market Samurai is nice, but it needs work MS isn't a 1.0 product really yet as its missing features and some of the normal features are still kinda buggy.

I know the better way - just buy a base of 77,319,600 keywords (+ software to filter them). I know the place where it can be found. If someone interested You can PM me.

Hey.

I've heard good things about Micro Niche Finder in the past, I'm actually planning on buying it soon.

So, I use google suggestor. You can find it for free in the downloads section.

My blueprint is to use Free WT for general keywords then throw them into google suggestor and click suggest a couple of times until I have about 75-100 keywords. Then I use google's Free Keyword Tool as Yukinari84 has pointed out to be the most accurate. Then I look through the data and use 20-40 keywords for my site.

Thanks for the post because it reminded me that I needed to click the Thanks Button for seorebel the poster of Google Suggestor. I seem to forget to give props for the best tools.

I have used MNF, keyword elite, MS, etc, etc I like keyword research pro the best.
