Best IM forums in Russian, Spanish and Chinese languages?

I am currently writing a blog post for newbies about IM, not all my readers speak English so I can't recommend BHW to all of them. I was wondering if you could mention the best internet marketing forums in Russian, Spanish and Chinese languages so that I could include them in my post?
