Does anyone have a website/gig that they have used for building High PR backlinks?

I'm assuming a high pr backlink is a member profile link on a domain that is high PR, is that correct? Or is it a blog comment on a page that has high PR? which is better?

I prefer SR (spam rate) over PR. But to each their own. See a million links built a week and you'll enjoy the results.

PR is really the important factor but related with your theme websites (for link building) has the highest value for your website.

High PR Blog posts are better but.. they are also more expensive.

Comments are much easier to make and theres more room for them on a site. Both hold weight but the blog post has the advantage with a contextual link.

thanks for the responses. I guess my original question was framed inccorrectly. What i'm wondering is:

Which is more valuable to google:
    1. 10 backlinks where the page is PR0 but the base domain is High Pr (7,8,9)
    or
    2. 10 backlinks where the page pr is higher than pr1

Some people claim that domain authority is what makes #1 situation more valuable...

    1. It depends on where the PR is situated... is it:

    THESITE.domain.com

    OR

    domain.com/THESITE

If it is the latter, the PR will of the domain can easily pass on (although not 100%) to the page because it is a page of the domain not a subdomain (which is the former).

    2. This is definitely better ASSUMING the above is former and/or no tier 2 links are being sent to the latter in the above (which unables much of the link juice from homepage to flow through the page).
