    Blogspot is already a creator, well sort of...Otherwise you can always do it the way I do it. Pop open Notepad++ and code it from scratch. :)

    Well...sign into Blogger and see for yourself, there are templates and a pile of buttons and widgets I think. I used to have a blogspot until I learn how to code. Or maybe you could try wordpress.

    If you're using Blogger, then that's your website creator. You don't have an option to use anything else. If you're signing up for web hosting at a normal hosting company, I'd suggest using WordPress.
