Best forums to spam

Any ideas of what are the best forums to spam using PM blaster? I would prefer those that do not have 60 sec wait time in between messages and where you will not get banned after one use.

I know who he was but i thought he called me spammer lol, which would be kinda awkward cause I was probably the worst critic of his.
