there is a model photo contest for tattoo / pierced people in germany and its very viral. The prize is a professional photo shooting and everybody share there voting link in groups etc
The mainpage got about 40 New fans /second !!

They use the facelift fanactivator platform but it looks like a simple script. But they always have a niche. Its a Metal/Hardrock Mailorder and they are very popular with their catalogues and Merchandising stuff (EMP Mailorder).
