    I receive tons of emails a day. Usually between 300 - 600. I'm currently using hotmail/outlook.

I need to be able to reply to everyone daily.

I use Outlook 2010 software to mass send the emails. But they only let you send 100 to 120 emails per account per day. Even when they are verified with a phone number.

However, I can open a web browser and login on hotmail/outlook website and continue sending emails even after Outlook 2010 says I've reached my daily limit. But I have to do it manually one by one. So I guess I don't see why the Outlook software limits you but their actual website doesn't..

Anyways, is there any software out there like Outlook 2010 that doesn't limit you? Or are there any email companies out there that don't cap your daily sending limit?

Im not sure but it might be worth you getting a personalised or business email address that will allow you to auto reply to every email...dont think that caps you

Thanks for the input. Where do you get personalized/business email addresses? And the reason I like Outlook2010 is because I can send the same message to everyone and it isn't an auto reply so it doesn't look like spam. I can wait a few hours and then send the email out to everyone on the list. It's pretty awesome.

    Just hate having a cap

What's the quality of the data? Are these direct, confirmed opt-ins on your site? If so, either go with a VPS or dedicated server and learn the ins and outs of mailing, which is much easier for people with engaged first-party data, or use an ESP like constant contact, mailup, getResponse, etc.
