You might want to check atompark
they have quite good email crawler and sender and they can track it for you as well how many people opening the email and such...

atomic email extractor looks super effective but i always recommend people find inventive mailing methods and code custom mailers themselves

I don't suggest atompark if you need many emails,because the URL limtitation is 500k.
I suggest you to use GSA.that is better.
