Best DB / API to detect proxy type (Datacenter vs Residential)?

I'm looking for a DB or API to detect the proxy type of an IP.

Ideally, this solution should return values such as: Datacenter, Residential, Business etc.

What are the best options out there?

I've used this one in the past: https://iphub.info - But I need a better one.

Well, if the proxy is being provided by the masters of this business models, they have probably provided an Elite proxy. You must know that Elite proxy is nearly impossible to detect. No wonder why they are expensive as compared to transparent or anonymous proxies.

There's a bunch out there that have free plans you can rotate with proxies yourself (ipinfo, maxmind, ip2location, etc...)
